Saying Goodbye

I leave tomorrow for the U.S. Going home from Zambia is always bittersweet, as so much of me just wants to stay here. I sobbed today as I hugged and kissed each toddler goodbye, not knowing when or if I would ever see them again. I'm sure it will be the same tomorrow as I leave my parents.
Thanks to everyone who kept up with my blog this summer, I appreciate your support and look forward to seeing you soon!

Sara, I know you have made such an impact there, and the people there have left their mark on you as well. I am praying for your safe trip home...maybe we can plan a get-together some weekend this fall since we will be a bit closer! Love you, Lesley

Sara,

You dont know me, but my husband and I are adopting a orphan from Zambia throuhg Faithful Adoptions based in Iowa. The director just got back from Zambia. They have 4 couples in Zambia right now adopting. Do you know of anyone at the Haven orphanage you go to and Eric's house that my coordinator can speak with regaring their charity work they do in Zambia including adoptions?

Thank You
